(If you're experiencing errors with the form, make sure you're opening it in a browser and not within an app like Instagram or Discord as this can cause the form to break!)

Terms of Service

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

  • Commissioned work is for personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be mass-produced, replicated for profit, or used in any other commercial ways.

  • Commissions are digital items that will not be physically shipped to the buyer.

  • I reserve the right to use commissions in portfolio or showcase work. Finished pieces may be posted on my social media pages unless specifically asked not to by the customer.

  • Commissions may take up to 2 months to complete. Customers are responsible for informing me if it needs to be finished by a specific deadline.

  • Full payment is required upfront. Refunds can be requested until the initial sketch is made and sent to the customer.

  • You cannot use my work to train any AI models.

  • I require at least one reference sheet for a commission. I do not currently offer a character design option.

Process & Contact

  1. Once the form is filled out, I will contact the customer within 3 days. (See the order form for more information on contact info.)

  2. After discussing the commission and pricing, the customer pays in full via PayPal.

  3. I begin work on the commission and provide a sketch. Any tweaks to the piece can be requested here. After the sketch is sent and confirmed by the customer, no refunds are available.

  4. I send the finished piece to the customer via email or Google Drive. Minor tweaks (such as color revisions) can be requested in this phase, but multiple or major tweaks will incur a fee.
